The base is a true hand rolled beer sourdough crust, flavored with fresh garlic, herbs, & then grilled over a charcoal grill to ignite all the flavors.
Each of the 12 unique sauces are scratch made fresh in house.
We do offer gluten free pizza crusts made from organic garbanzo bean flour, fresh garlic, thyme, basil, oregano, & parsley
